Work Hours:

• Monday– Friday

• Average 10/12 hours a day

Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario (Main intersection: South Service Rd & Seaman St)

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Rear-Pack Garbage Truck or Side Loader Recycle Truck
• Required to driver and load, splitting the duties with a partner
• Responsible for various types of residential curbside pickup
• Garbage, yard waste, organics and recycling
• Daily pre-and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Provide friendly and reliable service, completing daily routes as assigned
• Preform repetative lifing up to 50lbs, from the ground into the hopper
• Collect and deliver to local transfer stations and landfills

Requirements:

• DZ license required
• Clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must have steel-toed work boots, above the ankle
• Must have reliable transportation
